- access to band wheels to be prevented by interlocked guarding
- fixed and adjustable guards to cover all parts of the blade with the exception of the point of operation
- guard locking to be installed where a delayed access is required due to blade run down time
- belt drive cover (fixed or interlocked)
- emergency stop
