Drill guard with vertical opening screen and side fixing system. Equipped with a safety micro switch integrated in the rotation hinge. Complete with polycarbonate screen 4mm thick. The screen ensures non-contact with the rotating spindle and protects the operator from projections of chips and coolant.The fixing rod has an up/down adjustment with a semicircle shaped slot system that can be locked in all positions.The screen opens vertically in 3 positions, to have more space on the work surface and facilitates operations when there are a number of in-line drilling machines. The vertical opening of the screen is regulated by a safety micro switch built into the hinge, tamper proof.
